Cornmeal biscuits with cheddar, chives, and jalapeno
Pull Apart Christmas tree:
Ingredients:
Refrigerated pizza dough (mixed in with 1 tsp of water and 1 whisked egg)
7 Mozzarella sticks
¼ cup melted butter
½ cup grated cheese (parmesan)
1 tbsp sliced basil
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp chopped rosemary

Planning to bring the best appetizer of the dinner? Start them off with these mozzarella balls! It would be a great starter before chowing down on the main course!
- How to make!
Preheat oven to 450 degrees and grab a baking sheet and add parchment paper to it
Cut mozzarella sticks into 1 inch pieces
On a flat surface, section pizza dough into two sections and stretch pieces into long rectangular pieces
Cut 2 inch square pizza dough pieces (33 total)
Take a mozzarella piece and wrap the pizza dough around it, sealing it
Place ball pieces onto the baking sheet into the format of a tree (make sure they are touching)
Take egg yolks only and mix them up to make egg wash and brush it along the dough balls and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden
While that is happening, mix together melted butter, Parmesan and herbs
Take out mozzarella balls and brush on the mixture
Serve with marinara or any favorite dipping sauce
Done!
Oreo Coal:
Ingredients-
40 Oreos
8 oz block of cream cheese
16 oz melting chocolate
Cocoa powder
Who wouldn’t want a special treat of oreo coal? Whether you were naughty or nice this year, I’m sure you would want a delicious treat of chocolate coal! Try this recipe out!
- How to Make!
Grind oreos until crumbs into a bowl
Add cream cheese and mix thoroughly
Use a tablespoon to get a portion of the mix, ball up, and place onto a plate
Once finished, add into fridge for 30-60 minutes
Melt melting chocolate in microwave
Once hard enough, dip oreos molds into melted chocolate and set aside on parchment paper
Sprinkle on any add-ons and let dry
Use finger to decorate dried oreos with cocoa powder
Set aside in fridge until ready to eat
