Heidi Martinez is a senior at SOAR High School. She has been a staff writer for journalism since her sophomore year and now she also acts as the website manager/editor. Apart from Journalism Heidi is an active member of Class of 22 Senate, Hispanic and Latinx Heritage Club, National Honors Society, and is currently a Senior Leader for the SOAR Ambassadors. In addition to that Heidi is a chemistry, math, and biology tutor at AVC's Learning Center. She holds appointments and small group meetings for chemistry and tutors an entire class in trigonometry. Academically she challenges herself and with that knowledge and passion she is going to pursue a career in chemistry. Outside of school she loves to spend time with friends and family.
