Meet Solash, a freshman for the 2024-2025 school year. Clubs she wishes to join this year include Key Club, FMS, and Girl’s SOAR High, wanting to get involved in her community and SOAR, through community service or else. Having always had a passion for writing and literature, she was excited to join Journalism because of the opportunities offered: The course could further her education on different topics, writing styles, and ways of retrieving vital information. Additionally, the class posed as a great way of developing better communication skills and a personal “way of writing”. Outside of her educational life, she enjoys most occupations involving yarn, her hobbies including crochet, knitting, and embroidery. Also adoring reading, she enjoys a variety of genres like fantasy, adventure, sci-fi, and romance. Some of her favorite book series include Harry Potter, Percy Jackson & the Olympians, The Magisterium series, and the Life as We Knew It 4-Book Collection.
